Newly-opened in Prague 2 @bistrolondynska 🍽
We visited it for lunch and ordered some tapas (humus from green beans, beetroot pesto, kadaif prawns, fried asparagus, salmon with soybean tapioca), two main dishes (turkey and pikeperch) and desserts 🍧
Taste of all dishes is well-balanced and sometimes very surprising, especially in combination of European and Asian cuisine: I liked turkey in ginger-hoisine sauce with pak choi the most.🌱
Chefs use primarily local Czech products, and then mix them, for example, with exotic Asian herbs and spices.
As for the drinks, The Bistro offers primarily non-alcoholic beverages and wine.🍷
The concept of the bistro is based on a wide selection of multicultural dishes and tapas which are good to try and share in a company.
We can recommend this place not only for lunch, but also for meetings with friends: there are three halls (the further is bigger and lighter and with a huge table) and a summer terrace full of flowers.
