This sculpture is called Portrait with a scull 💀 (Podobizna s lebkou).
It was created by a famous Czech sculptor Jaroslav Róna.
He is also the author of the statue of Franz Kafka near the Spanish Synagogue in Prague, statue “Odvaha” in Brno, statue “Child from Mars” in Liberec, and many others.
